As your in-house talent acquisition expert for a day, this offering sets your hiring strategies on the path to success. To make the most of our time together, weā€™ll start with a planning session to outline our agenda, followed by a Request for Resources to ensure I have all the context I need.

Hereā€™s how you might use this day: revamp your talent attraction strategy, assess and optimize hiring processes, design talent acquisition metrics, integrate talent perspectives into company planning, or plan hiring and development for your recruitment team.

This engagement includes a one-hour planning session, async discovery to gather context, a full 7-hour workday, and a debrief document summarizing insights and next steps. Both remote and onsite options are available.

One Hour Planning Session

A synchronous meeting to discuss your current needs, goals, and desired outcomes.

Request for Resources & Async Discovery

Based on our planning session, Iā€™ll provide a list of relevant documents to gather additional context. For example, if weā€™re focusing on optimizing your hiring processes, I might request your current pipeline metrics, job descriptions, and recent candidate feedback. Share as much or as little as youā€™d likeā€”it's all about providing the right context.

Debrief Document

A comprehensive document summarizing insights and recommendations from our day. Expect detailed reflections and actionable next steps, delivered within 10 business days, with a length of 3,500 - 5,000 words.

Process

From initial meeting to debrief, hereā€™s what to expect:

Initial Consultation Weā€™ll start with a ā€œget to know youā€ session to discuss your goals, needs, and expectations. Bring your questions and be ready for a few of mine!

Request for Resources After our initial chat, Iā€™ll send a list of internal documents that will help provide context and enhance our session. While sharing these documents is optional, theyā€™re quite helpful.

Async Discovery If any follow-up questions or additional context is needed after reviewing your documents, weā€™ll handle this asynchronously through a collaborative document. Your engagement here is optional but beneficial!

Agenda Alignment About a week before our working session, weā€™ll finalize and document the agenda to ensure we cover everything you need.

Head of Talent Acquisition Day Weā€™ll spend 7 hours (with a one-hour lunch break) working closely to put your talent acquisition strategies into action.

Debrief Document Within 10 business days, youā€™ll receive a detailed document summarizing our day, reflections, and suggested next steps.
